Independent Restaurant Supply has gotten me out of so many jams over the past year of being a new small business owner. Their large in-house inventory has made it easy to stock up on things that get lost or broken on a moment's notice; and their incredibly knowledgeable staff has helped me nail down the right items for our shop that needed to be ordered. Even when I made some misjudgments in my decisions they've been extremely helpful and understanding in swapping out different items. Cannot recommend them enough.
They have everything I need they are local and very friendly and helpful
Knowledgeable and friendly staff - they didn't have an item I was looking for in stock, but looks down my name and contact info and said they'd call me when their next shipment comes in. Good products, great quality. The only pain is their business hours.
