Häagen-Dazs Ice Cream Shop

The taste was amazing,and enjoyable, when i asked the associate for caramel on my milkshake she gave me a attitude for no reason. Customer service was not the best. Regardless of our experience it was delicious the milkshake.

Desserts: tastes great and very fresh. My favourite is the Chocolate Belgium ice cream. Cleanliness: the store is really clean. Staff: very professional Price: it’s a bit steep for an ice cream or shake

Good choices and...Haagen-Dazs! Right on the Waikiki downtown walk. Place was not busy probably because staff is just there to do their job. For the money, the size,the ice cream...go get a half gallon of vanilla ice cream at Costco, its way better.

Good ice cream, but very slow service

Staff was rude, cone was soggy and stale. We paid a lot for this icecream and the icecream was delicious, but the scoops were small and the cone tasted so stale and the bottom was soggy and I could barely chew it; it was cardboard like - total waiste of money! Also, the Asian lady was so rude and her customer service skills were horrible - She seemed miserable! Totally not the Hawaiian welcome we have gotten nearly EVERYWHERE else. You’re better off going to McDonald a block away.
