Best Hot Pot Place I’ve Ever Been To I’m now a semi‑regular here, finding myself coming back 5–6 times a year — and for good reason. First: The broth is clearly made from scratch. In my medium‑spicy mushroom broth, you can actually see the ginger, Sichuan peppercorns, and whole mushrooms. The flavor is full umami, and you can customize it even further with their extensive topping bar. My go‑to combo: chili peppers, green onions, garlic, chili oil, spicy powder, and sriracha 🥵. Nice experience. It can be pricey, although I'm sure you could plan your meal for less. We had a larger group and wanted to try various items. It's all you can eat and we had plenty. Service was very quick once we got our order entered into the ipad. New to the experience, I would have appreciated some recommendations for creating sauces at the self serve station.

The meat and seafood at Hot Pot Hero in Ellicott City are super fresh and higher quality than many other hot pot places 🥩🦐✨. The flavors are great and everything tastes really clean and delicious 😋🔥. The only downside is that the seating area feels a bit tight and not very comfortable 😅🪑. The price is a little on the higher side 💵, but the quality definitely makes it worth it ✅.

Wow! What an experience. This is one of those situations where you need to take a whole evening, leave time out where you can just let be present here in the moment, grab some good friends you can talk with and go live some excellent life together. They first offer you either all you can eat or a la carte. We chose to put it all together ourselves and saved a little bit off the all u can eat, so really you could go either way with it. Big fan of Hot Pot Hero. They have individual soup stations, and a pretty awesome sauce bar. I’m not sure how they do it, but the food comes out incredibly fast. Ordering is through an iPad, which is easy to use.
