We stayed here while visiting our grandson who is attending Stephenson University nearby. Actually this is the first time we stayed at a B&B. This house is impeccably decorated and they account for everything you would need. Our room was on the second floor and they had a code for us to enter the building and our room. it was a beautiful room with an adjustable bed and beautifully decorated bathroom. There is an elevator to take you up to your room with your luggage. Downstairs there is the breakfast room in living room and the sunroom with games. My husband was able to work in the sunroom as he gets up early. The kitchen is nearby where you can prepare food or just get your tea. We hosted a 3day reunion of old college friends that included a lot of eating, drinking, enjoying each other’s company and strolling around the farm grounds. We rented the whole Inn for our out-of-town guests and the experience was fantastic in every way. The rooms are each unique and I was able match each couple to a room that was right for them. Most importantly, there is a handicapped accessible room that we needed. We really appreciated th plentiful community spaces (front porch, living room, sun room, dining room, gourmet kitchen) where all of our guests (including locals) used to gather, socialize, and eat dinner together. Our second visit to Mary Land Farm was just as magical as the first. My first stay was so special that when it came time to celebrate my son’s 10th birthday, this was the only place he wanted to bring his friends. He loves animals, and the team went above and beyond to make sure his visit was filled with amazing experiences—feeding the calves, pigs, and more, all tailored to his favorite activities. Our suite was beautiful, cozy, and perfectly set up. We loved the peaceful atmosphere and chance to truly unwind in nature. The bonfire was ready when we arrived, complete with everything we needed. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. This has officially become a yearly family tradition. Absolute perfection!

Lovely restored farmhouse in a pastoral setting in Howard County, yet conveniently located near historic Ellicott City and Columbia Town Center. Truly feels like home away from home. Over our 5-day visit, we enjoyed the cool autumn evenings in a beautifully appointed living room in front of a cozy fire. Each morning the inn keeper served a delicious breakfast, including freshly baked options. This was a wonderful experience for me and my husband. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful! The accommodations were upscale and cozy ... heated floors, serene setting, yummy breakfast, everyone was very friendly and super helpful ... just perfect.
