Miller Branch - Howard County Library System

One of the BEST libraries I have ever seen. This is a big, big library with a huge collection of books for all ages. Beautifully designed and attracts everybody. Wonderfuly designed building. Everything is methodical. Moment you enter, you don't feel coming out. You can spend hours and hours reading. Excellent atmosphere for readers. Excellent staff always ready to help and assist you. I saw a large number of kids reading. They love this place. Tables designed for toddlers and kids are very attractive. This is the kind of library one should have in every city, all over the world. Just amazing and awesome. WONDERFUL, WONDERFUL, WONDERFUL LIBRARY.

Nice library aesthetically. The downfall is the noise level. This is not the library you want to go to if you are studying/researching. The people that work there talk non stop and the people that enter do too. Most libraries stay at a low level to no noise standard. It is obviously not a requirement. I was there for 30 minutes...then I couldn't take it anymore.

The Miller Branch of the Howard County Library System is a wonderful resource for residents. My wife visits the library at least once a week. Today we visited the Enchanted Garden located on the library grounds for the first time and discovered what a beautiful spot it is. If you haven't already visited it, we highly recommend stopping by.

Very pleasant and amazing place, this library it’s just awesome and has everything that you need from the library, I mean all services at one. Everything looks pretty nice, take a look around and you’ll see all the resources that they offer.

One of the most impressive smaller town libraries I've ever seen. It is large, filled with books and light and outside greenery including a green roof. The architecture is sleek and striking.The covid protocols with the appointments work well and the staff is friendly and helpful.
