They got half of my sandwich wrong! I order a Taylor ham, egg and cheese on a cinnamon raisin bagel with salt and pepper. I get my sandwich and there's NO salt or pepper, you can visually see it missing. Also, it is on a regular bagel, not the cinnamon raisin like I asked. I was charged $6.95 for this messed up order. Didn't have time to go back but I know I will NEVER go here again. Very bland flavor too with their egg. Howard's Bagels on North Beverwyck made the same order and cheaper at $5.99. Go there instead of here.

Came here yesterday n today. Both bacon egg n cheeses were great! Love when places actually fry an egg, not a fan of microwaves. Good coffee choices too. Lots of choices to eat and drink. Friendly people work here as well.

Got a dozen bagels and 3 types of cream cheese for a bagel contest at work. So far these wonderful bagels are in first place with one person to go. Food here is awesome.

Soup fell right through their cheap paper bag, all over ground. I called to let them know they did nothing for me. Had to purchase another lunch. Bad customer service. Won't go there anymore

$10 for cream cheese is atrocious. I’ve never experienced that before usually love this place. And wasn’t even greeted at the door.
