High Noon Coffee Roasters

I have been buying High noon’s coffee since I moved to Asheville and I’m so grateful to have found this place. I was a barista for 7 years and when I got my house espresso machine Bezzera Aria I was looking for local coffee roaster. I tried several and High noon’s has by far the best taste. No bitterness or burnt taste like other companies. The best crema and I have worked with a lot of different varieties of coffees thought the years. Absolutely fresh and delicious coffee. Also super convenient that I can pick up 24/7

I wandered in to buy some locally roasted beans to bring back to CA with me and I had the delight to meet AB and Bojangles the coffee dog! Great conversation and banter while AB packed up 3lbs of beans for me. I'll likely be ordering online for shipping in the future 😊

High Noon, coffee is hands-down the best quality coffee that you can find anywhere around town! Sumatra is my personal favorite. It’s so smooth with a beautiful flavor profile. I look forward to having it every morning. It’s freshly roasted just for me and then I grind the beans for my daily coffee. I am definitely a coffee snob and this is my favorite coffee and has been for many years! Super convenient to pick up and you know you’re always getting super fresh coffee. Support local :)

Consistently delicious coffee! We order High Noon for our coffee bar, restaurants, and hotel rooms. All we hear is high praise from our guests and customers about the richness and freshness of the coffee. I drink the Espresso Blend espresso, Sumatra drip, and decaf espresso daily and it's perfect every time! (The cold brew is also phenomenal, we do a 24 brew here.) Ordering is so easy and delivery is always accurate and right on time for our needs.

Love, love, love this coffee! Colombian and Costa Rican are my faves! Worth getting up for every morning!
