Heat Shabu - Downtown

It was my first time trying a hot pot experience and the food was really good. They brought out a sauce flight so I could try them all and see what I like before I ordered. The staff came around about every 5 or 10 minutes checking on us and kept our drinks and all you can eat plates full. The staff was friendly and educated us on how it worked without making us feel dumb for not knowing what hot pot was. The price is a bit on the higher side but with our experience im ok with it. We will definitely be coming back again!

I am obsessed with this place. Get the spicy miso with the miso sauce + @tinashotchili 🧄🌶🪔 and watch your shabu experience ascend to a different dimension. Like… you will NOT be the same person when you leave. This spot NEVER misses. Perfect for family, friends, situationships, or anybody you need to impress with good food and boiling vibes. The atmosphere is a whole mood, and the old school R&B?? HELLO?? I felt like I time-traveled back to when we were actually living to live and not posting every bite on the internet. 10/10. Heals trauma. Fixes attitude. Clears skin. Shabu for the soul.

We went here to celebrate my sister's birthday. Service was great as soon as week got there. They allowed us to do a taste test before ordering broths. The all you can eat option was great. Lots to choose from. We added in some ramen to top everything off. I loved all the broths but kept going back to the tonkotsu. The meatballs were fire and you can't miss with the gyoza. I will definitely be back for sure!

They accommodated us very well. Needed to push back my reservation, and it was no problem. We had to sit outside and we had no problems with service. All the meat was of good quality. The spicy broth was not that spicy... But other wise me and my party of 6 had an awesome time. 10/10 will be back.

Fantastic Japanese hotpot. Everything was fresh and flavorful—especially the beef, which was incredibly tender and delicious. Our server, Mike, was super friendly and attentive, making sure we were well taken care of the entire time. Great food, great service. Highly recommend!
