Hampton Bays Bagel

Basic bagel shop with a young female employee that never smiled. The first thing she asks me - scoop? The boss explains that people want their bagels hollowed out for sandwiches… oh ok, well how about——good morning, would you like me to… Does anybody do proper customer service anymore? Behind the counter is kind of disorganized and the place is sort of clean. I sat down with my bagel. I realized they didn’t give me cream cheese on both sides of my bagel and it was just a smear on one side. We’re in the Hamptons people. Do you really need to save every penny by giving me less cream cheese on my bagel.? They put more cream cheese on my bagel, but I can’t say that I would come back in here again . 07/17/2025 1045 am

Stopped here while in the area for something else. I ordered a toasted bagel and a bagel with cream cheese. With only 2 people in front of me it took 15 minutes for me to get my bagels. I ordered a toasted bagel that was barely put on the grill. The place was very cluttered and the signs had multiple layers of paper and stickers where prices had been changed. Upon eating the bagels I ordered they were less than appealing. With a number of bagel places on the island , I’m surprised this place still sells bagels. The bagels made here are not a good representation of a Long Island Bagel. They offer many other things such as fresh juice and smoothies and other sandwiches, so maybe those items are better but trust the reviews and do not waste your time with ordering bagels from here.

Ordered 2 breakfast hungry man's and they didnt put cheese on it. When I call to tell them they say sorry and next time well add cheese and hang up. Like what? Lmao that doesnt do anything for me. I want cheese on my breakfast sandwich. Im hungover if it dont have cheese it ruins the entire thing.

Place is great,food is always fresh,sandwiches are great,Smoothies are delicious and in the Fall/winter/earl spring they have unbelievably good homemade soups. Ron and Steve are great and run a tight ship.

My $17 chicken cutlet sandwhich with wilted lettuce, half a roll of chicken cutlet, and about a half a slice of cheese. Disgusting, biggest waste of money
