Edgewater Restaurant

Atmosphere is perfect especially by the watery. Service was splendid. Staff is very courteous from the moment you arrive, to Service, till you are walking out. And the food is simply spot on. Super delicious plates with a twist of originality and uniqueness.

I wish this place was open right now- I'm going thru Lobster Pasta withdrawals already....(They close for the month of Feb each year to take a well earned break....) My family and I have been coming to Edgewater for years now and have always had a great time. The food and service are always on point and you can't beat the view....! If you are ever in Hampton Bays, they are worth the trip over....(I would say to try and make a reservation before going, the place gets packed on busy days\nights and there is always a wait...But that's what the bar is for I guess!!)

We really enjoyed our sunset dinner! The chicken wings were excellent. The buffalo sauce had a little heat (which I personally loved) and great flavor. The eggplant parm with linguine was also delicious. Atmosphere was very pleasant and friendly staff. Lots of great choices for food and drink.

We were a large group on vacation and had been to the Edgewater before. We were happy they were able to accommodate us and made reservations for a Tuesday evening. We were seated quickly however 25 minutes went by before we finally got someone’s attention and asked for a server. After that however, beverages and food arrived promptly even though the place was packed. Food was excellent and prepared as requested.

1st time there. What a pleasant surprise. View was great and the food fantastic. The best eggplant parmigiani I've ever had.
