Highly recommended - a little Spanish gem in the Hamptons 🇪🇸✨ My husband and I came for a date night and absolutely loved it. Chef Alex welcomed us himself - incredibly warm and genuine. As a Spaniard, I can say the Spanish influence here is truly authentic. The dishes are made with passion and respect for real Spanish flavors, and you feel it in every bite. The croquetas (almost melted in our mouths) and the lamb were unforgettable - easily standouts of the night. The presentation was beautiful, and the flavors were even better 🔥 A memorable dinner, I’m already counting the days to come back and try the paella with autentic socarrat 🤤

R.AIRE at The Hampton Maid is fantastic! The ambiance is amazing, very clean, well lit and sexy! Such a great vibe for a top meal! Chef Alex is truly a master of his craft 👨🏼‍🍳 My husband and I enjoyed an evening at The Hampton Maid (check their ratings for my review!) and used the dinner addition to our stay. We enjoyed some drinks at the bar and the staff was superb! Once seated for a late dinner we started with Lobster Bisque and Calamari a la Romana as starters, then a delicious salmon and lamb shank with a fabulous Basque cheesecake! Our waiter was attentive and everything was cooked to perfection! I encourage anyone who appreciates a delicious meal in a great ambiance to try it! You won’t regret it!

I went with my husband and tried the LI Restaurant Week menu. Variety of options which was a plus but we both left quite disappointed. For appetizers we ordered Crispy Calamari & meatballs. Calamari was lightly breaded and it came with a delicious sauce, meatballs were good but definitely tasted better ones. For Main Course we got the Filet Mignon that was served with green beans & fries as well as Seafood Paella. The meat in my opinion tasted a little burnt on the outside but for my husband it was good! Green beans were good and fries excellent! Regarding the paella, it was a huge disappointment. First because they come and show you the paella in the skillet and then they bring it to you on a plate with the rice and calamari on one side and the rest of the seafood on the other. The rice t

Wonderful true Spanish cuisine dining in Wonderful setting. Great fresh local fish, seafood and shellfish as well as excellent fresh imported Spanish products. Chef Alex is great as are all the staff including great mixologist. Highly Recommended

My dining experience at Hampton Maid's R.AIRE restaurant last Saturday was nothing short of exceptional. Under the culinary expertise of executive chef Alex Bujoreanu, each dish presented a symphony of flavors that delighted the palate. Starting with the razer clams, I was transported by the freshness and delicate balance of flavors. The Spanish sardines followed suit, showcasing the chef's skill in transforming simple ingredients into culinary masterpieces. For dessert, the selection of mixed gelato was the perfect sweet ending to the meal, offering a variety of flavors that tantalized the taste buds. The cocktails and wine pairings curated by the staff were impeccable, elevating the dining experience to new heights. Each sip complemented the dishes perfectly, enhancing the overall enj
