Aria & Mare Hamptons

Really nice stay at this B&B in Hampton Bays. We ended up here because they offer a 2 room suite and we needed a 2nd bedroom. The house is super clean. The owners are very nice and helpful. There is a nice continental style breakfast each morning and free coffee, water, and seltzers 24/7. They will cook eggs for you if you’d like as well. There is a nice porch to sit and read, a backyard with sitting areas, table and chairs, and a hot tub. We were in room 1 on the 1st floor, didn’t get to see the upstairs rooms. We are very familiar with the area, come to Hampton Bays annually for 20+ years. Great location and great house! Cozy, comfortable and above all SPOTLESS! |Karen and Juan are gracious hosts, always available even for eggs at breakfast and the buffet was complete with all that one could want in a B&B! Plenty of seating for conversation with other guests or if you choose comfortable spots around the property for either a private breakfast of just some privacy. ||This part of Long Island is very busy especially in the summer. This B&B offers a little slice of heaven on a small inlet with views of the ocean and far away for the prices and traffic in this area.||Don't miss it!

My sons and I went to Aria & Mare in August of 2021, the first week they opened and were one of their first guests. Owners are absolutely lovely! We had the downstairs part of the house at the end of the dining room. It consisted of 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and living room. My sons and I had a fantastic time. The service was excellent and there is so much to do in the Hamptons that you can't be bored, yet it's calming and relaxing too. Truly, it was wonderful!

Our stay at Aria & Mare was truly incredible! Our host and hostess, Juan and Karen were super friendly and thoughtful, which made us feel welcomed and comfortable. Their hospitality was very warm and accommodating, which is truly appreciated! The bedrooms and facilities did not disappoint with its cleanliness and coziness. Breakfast was very delicious too! The location was convenient, as it’s accessible to beaches, restaurants and shops. Overall, we had an amazing experience! Big shoutout to Juan & Karen for making our stay at Hamptons so unique! We will definitely visit again! :)

Great experience! We only stayed 1 night as we were in town for a wedding so didn't get to take advantage of all that the lodgings offered but the room was clean, comfortable, large bathroom, and the breakfast was nice. Juan and Karen were amazing hosts and made outle stay all the more pleasant. Would stay again if we are in the area.
