Hamilton Restaurant

A great old style lunch counter eatery in downtown Carlisle! The Hamilton restaurant serves up very nice diner fare. The service was excellent and our server kept our drinks topped off the entire time! The burger and hot dog was fantastic- especially the delicious tomatoes! I would definitely recommend this place for people looking for a nice local place to eat for breakfast and lunch.

Chili dogs were awesome! It’s the famous chili dog they are known for! Worth the stop! Lots to choose from. Fries needed some salting and were a tad cold.

The food was great, the staff were all wonderful and so sweet to my kids. It was a bit crowded but thats to be expected given it was peak lunch time on a Saturday.

Very enjoyable meal. Mostly breakfast, but was able to add onion rings. Very good and friendly service. Some of the best creamed chipped beef I've had. We both had it on a waffle, but next time would gave on toast (preference). Asked for home fries crispy, and they were great. Sorry. No photo of them

First timers and it was wonderful. All the servers & staff work around each other like a well oiled machine. Breakfast Food was great, service was wonderful. Will definitely be back when we’re in the area again to try to Hochee! (Pictured)
