Gunther Tooties

Ordered a bacon egg and cheese croissant, except they never took the paper off the cheese when they toasted the croissant. I also ordered a small mocha but I got an extra small instead. The cup was half filled.

The bagels themselves are delicious and so many good options! I personally like a salt with bacon/scallion CC (salty/savory); salt with honey walnut CC (sweet/salty); and a sausage egg and cheese on spinoccoli. The staff is the only thing that keeps it from a perfect review. They don't always listen well and can be quick to get the job done so the food suffers.

I have loved this place since the first time i have been hear.. ALTHOUGH today is a different story. The 2 girls working are NOT professional. Someone they knew walked in (after the guy in front of me and myself had ordered). The girls knew there order so they made their sandwiches while the man in front of me (who was waiting for his food before the "priority teens" walked in) was still waiting. The "customers that came in after me got there sandwiches (free of charge) before the customer waiting before me and myself..

1 person in front of me. 5 minutes later I ordered my coffee, with a$1.25 tip. Six people behind me....8 minutes later (I'm watching time, need to be at work 2 minutes ago) I asked about my coffee...no response. So I walked out, no coffee, angry. I understand things take time..but there were three young ladies working behind the counter. One was on her phone, the other was...I don't know. Awful.

Most delicious bagels ever! Such a large variety with their bagels and cream cheese, they even make a good deal of paninis and other sandwiches.
