Bongi's Turkey Roost

Took a ride to Duxbury to check out Bongis for lunch. I got the turkey sandwich on white with cranberry mayo and stuffing. It didnt disappoint. Even though it was pre-made, it was as fresh as could be with nice fresh soft bread and delicious thin sliced turkey. The chicken salad looked good, so I took some home for dinner and that was very good as well. There's no place to eat inside but there are picnic tables outside.Whether permitting of course. They also have freezers, full of turkey and chicken pies, and lots of other goodies.

This family-owned business, originally started by the Bongiorno family (shortened to 'Bongi's' back then—a true reflection of the times, especially given our vibrant Italian-American community now!), has been a pillar of comfort for my family for decades. My connection to Bongi's is deeply personal: when my mom and dad passed away suddenly, a thoughtful friend sent us their complete turkey dinners on both difficult occasions. What an amazing experience! From well stocked and organized turkey pickup process to one of the friendliest costumer service ive experience in Massachusetts, this is a true MA gem. I event got to meet the great granddaughter of the family who was the loveliest and you could tell was happy to be thete and help! I drove from Boston to stocked up for Thanksgiving, definitely a meal and experience worth driving for 😉

The best place to go for thanksgiving needs! Was incredibly busy, but line moved along quite quickly. Little but pricey but worth it for any items you want to get premade to save time or in my case premade gravy because I always butcher it!! Staff is also very friendly and helpful
