Customer Reviews
The place doesn't look like much from the outside. But inside its calming and beautiful, the artwork on the wall was just stunning. The staff were pleasant and polite. Food was delicious and service was fast. We had the crab rangoons, vegetable fried rice, egg drop soup and vegetable lo mein. We will be coming back!
3.5 ish...All the food was fine. The "fried" gyoza and dumplings were actually fried in a fryer it seems...not pan or wok fried, so a little sad. The sushi entrees were the star of the show as were the egg rolls. Staff very friendly and helpful. If you want to dine in the inside was warm and inviting.
This place has been on a steady decline for the last 2 years which is really unfortunate. Not sure if they changed ownership or not but either way this place isn’t the same as it used to be. They’ve since gotten rid of their cocktail menu, and when asked about it the waitress had no idea what I was talking about. She was nice, but missed the detail completely about my vegan friend wanting general tso’s tofu - not chicken so he bit straight into a piece of chicken when it was served to him. Taste is kind of “meh” and mostly seems drowned by sugar to mask the absence of flavor and the fried rice was god awful. So disappointing because this place used to be top notch and one of my favorites
It was not busy at all for a Saturday lunch. The sesame chicken was a little too sweet for me. The shrimps with mix vegetables were too salty, too much sauce. Lunch meals were served with rice but no soups or salad. Any effort to decorate their plates as before at their opening; years ago.
Although I cannot fault the staff - very friendly, seated and served us promptly. The food was another issue. I had initially planned on ordering the Mongolian Chicken and was disappointed to learn it was no longer available. I ended up ordering the pepper steak with onion and pork fried rice. The pepper steak was just so so and my friends and I were all agreed that the fried rice was dry and tasted like it was left over from the night before. My 2nd friend had the beef with broccoli - she ate very little and took it home with the intention of "doctoring" it up. My 3rd friend ordered the sweet and sour chicken - not only didn't she finish it, she didn't take her leftovers home. We won't be going back.
