Good Ground Tavern

Beautiful setting and atmosphere. Food was very good. Unfortunately the timing of our dinners were all off and my wife didn’t eat dinner as the rest of the family’s food was served so we had to take hers home. No apologies or anything so that part was truly disappointing but I hope they can get that organized and it has some real promise to be a great spot.

Up in the area for a week-long vacation from down south and not too sure about where to go for good dining options. This was recommended to us by a local and we went for lunch and had a great experience. Service was really friendly and quick and all of our meals were delicious... standout for me was the caesar salad (I add chicken). We are coming back this week for dinner and the property has a garden area to get drinks and hang out before dinner. Would definitely recommend!

Every time we go to Good Ground Tavern, it’s consistent and so pleasant. The food is always outstanding, the service is warm and attentive, and the atmosphere makes every visit feel special. A true favorite that never disappoints!

I don't usually leave negative reviews, but I really have no choice. This was probably the worst breakfast in the Hamptons in 25 years. The eggs Benedict I ordered were ok, but the salmon, was extremely salty and old ,and the "home fries " that came with it were oily ,hard ,and tasted like they were cooked the day before. And this is very unfortunate, considering that this place is fairly new , very nicely designed,and comfortable. But Unfortunately,I don't think I will be coming back ...

My boyfriend and I spent a night at Canoe Place, and Good Ground Tavern was the restaurant inside the hotel. We both enjoyed our amazing dinner. He got skirt steak 🥩 with spicy chimichurri. I had striped bass 🐟 with jasmine rice. I highly recommend this restaurant. 10/10
