Flavorful and filling was the Havana Cuban Sandwich with hot and crispy zucchini fries, served up as fast as it was fresh. Street parking wasn’t too much a hassle, windy day had me avoid their only outdoor option so enjoyed in my car. Wish I’d seen their drink menu before ordering as looked promising.
I was looking for something to eat & had hoped the Gondo Fusion staff were still available to help. They were open. I just needed a side to go with the lunch I brought to work that day. The folks were very friendly and welcoming. I was excited to see zucchini fries on the menu and they were perfect. I had a nice lunch and will come back another day for some yummy food and to try some items from the main menu.
The food is excellent and the staff is very friendly! Absolutely worth trying if you see their food truck or are nearby. The chilaquiles are stellar, and the burrito with orange sauce is fantastic. Fusion done really well.
It's a good truck so atmosphere doesn't really apply but they deserve a 5. The burrito was delicious, loved the aioli and the matcha hortachta was awesome.
Gondo Fusion is one of those places that really surprised me with how creative and flavorful it was. A Cuban-Mexican fusion concept, it manages to honor both cuisines while creating something completely new. I ordered the Cuban sandwich, and it was phenomenal - the bread was toasted perfectly, the pork was juicy and seasoned with care, and the pickles and mustard added just the right tang. I also tried some tacos, and they were unlike any I’ve had before, full of bold, smoky flavors that packed a punch. The menu itself was exciting because it wasn’t just standard dishes; everything had a twist that made it unique. The staff were energetic and genuinely excited about what they were serving, which made the meal feel even more enjoyable. The vibe was casual and fun, making it the perfect plac
