Goldberg's Famous Bagels

Love their bagels! My recommendation: honey cranberry cream cheese on a cinnamon raisin bagel. Don’t toast it. Staff are friendly and price is reasonable. Coffee is decent too. There is a large parking lot. The atmosphere could be improved but good enough for a bagel shop.

Came in this morning and paid $10.86 for a sausage egg and cheese on a bagel. Not only is that a rip off but I found a long strand of hair in my sandwich. 3 women were behind the counter without hats or hair nets. Absolutely uncool

I am so disappointed to write this because I liked this bagel store. I watched them make my food, they dropped it on the floor, picked it back up and proceeded to wrap it. When she started ringing me up I told her I don't want a sandwich that fell on the floor. I was very nice about it. She was mad. She stared me down made the sandwich again. She then told me the cost, which I saw on the register. I go and look into my bank account and she charged me a $1 extra. It stinks to know that they think its okay to drop food on the floor and have someone eat it and charge extra without telling me. I won't go back again.

This is not a one-off review, but the result of several bad experiences in a row. The bagels are good, overpriced, but good. Unfortunately, the service keeps getting worse. People tend to be aggressive, assume that you would know their menus and options by heart (the cashier raising her eyes to the roof as if you were dumb not to know the different coffee sizes ...) and would never dare responding to a plain and simple "good morning". The service is likely the worse you could find in the region. It bothers to write such a negative review on them, but I only do so with the hope they would act on it, and honor the quality of the food and nice customers in this area.

Popular spot which means busy, but it's that way for a reason. Bagels, bagel sandwiches of countless varieties, plenty of schmears, wraps, baked goods and snacks. Great for breakfast sandwiches. There was a bagel sandwich missing from our order on this visit, but our friends that live near by and come here often have not had problems... Mistakes happen and given the volume on a busy Saturday, it's easily forgiven. I'll be back!
