Get Maine Lobster

Long story short, we ordered lobster to be delivered on the 20th of December. The shipment was prepped and on the way and thanks to a complete failure on the part of FedEx, the shipment was delivered late and was inedible. I called and spoke to someone at Get Maine Lobster who dropped shipped a repeat order to be delivered on 24 December. It arrived as promised and in fantastic condition! Can’t give them high enough praise for their customer service and the product!

All in all we ordered lobsters from this company three times. First time it was great. Second time out of 4 lobsters we cooked on a grill, 2 turned into mush, which usually happens when you freeze lobsters multiple times. Third time we ordered 4 more lobsters but bigger in size. When they arrived and we looked inside, they were not even frozen, but already melted. I guess it could be a coincidence that the first order was great. Their lobsters are not cheap, and we do not mind paying as long as we get quality lobsters. So far this company is more a miss than a hit. Very disappointing. If only the lobsters were as good as the pictures.

Get Maine Lobster has never failed us. We have been ordering from Mark for years. Not once has an order been delayed nor has anything been missing. A pleasant note always greats us, product is ice cold, and live seafood is top notch. I have been getting lobster, shrimp and other fresh seafood from here for years. These are my in-laws Christmas gifts and they look forward to their New Years Eve surf and turf that is fresh seafood delivered to their door. Thank you all so much for making me look good!

First order was alright now order 28 to 32 oz tails for new years and the order never showed up, was suppost to be here the 29th or the 30th as had a new years party and this was a main menu item. Contacted them the day before because fed ex had the item stuck In Memphis TN and still is 4 days later, reached out to support and was assured they pack for delays and the lobster will be good, the next day I get a email saying they cancelled delivery and if I receive it to throw it out because it will be bad. And will not refund me, or compensate me for spending an additional 250$ for new food for New years eve even though it was guaranteed to be delivered by the 29th or the 30th. There sold out of all the bigger tails and will only give a credit or reship them but not sure how that's possible
