Gather At The Depot

Found this gem, it’s cafeteria style like you would find at a bingo hall or lodge. Seat yourself and $11 gets you a choice of 1 meat and 2 sides (hot or cold) in a styrofoam to-go container. It’s attached to the coffee depot so lots of drink choices (sodas, teas, coffees,etc) and some bakery items. Cash or card, no checks. We got a burger and a brat burger, right off the grill - both very tasty. There is a variety of sides that have a home cooked feel, like at a family reunion. Everything was good but didn’t love the baked beans. The serving lady was very helpful and nice. This is a low maintenance, home cooked food diner, but not restaurant style. A tasty, quick and affordable lunch - we’ll definitely be back!
