Frenchy's Stone Crab and Seafood Market

This seafood market has a lot of fresh seafood at good prices. They sell a lot of different things from fish to seasonings to food. The staff there are all friendly and patient, happy to let you spend as much time as you want to browse. As a bonus, they have a steamer where they’ll cook you a delicious low country boil with your choice of seafood.

My husband was working a hurricane back in October 2024 and stopped by frenchies who was recommended by a local. He spent over 2k at this store. We did not get our Maine lobster tails and were told repeatedly by the manager he would send them out to us but never did. This is extremely unprofessional. I personally texted the manager as well and was told he would overnight mail them out & it never happened. The fish he did bring back was delicious but we will never be customers here again. Seafood markets are a dime of dozen in Florida & the fact that we were such a high paying customer and didn't get the customer service or products we paid for speaks of their management

Loved this place! My favorite spot in Tampa during my trip. Super friendly service, super fresh lobster (they even cooked it for free!), and great price for stone crab. Definitely recommend!

This is an awesome Seafood Market right near the beach! It is 1.1 miles to Dunedin Causeway Beach and only 2.0 miles from Honeymoon Island State Park beach. It is also right across the street from one of their restuarants called "Frenchys Outpost". They offer a wide variety of locally caught fresh fish and other seafood. They have many types of schrimp. We love to buy the Grouper and Jumbo Schrimp! They have fresh cut steaks and kabobs. They have prepared and or seasoned meats. They have all kinds of homemade fresh dips. They have frozen seafood specialties. They have spices, marinades, sauces, mixes, and my favorite, the hot sauce choices. Frenchys even has their own line of hot sauces. The "Fishers Fire" of their line is my very favorite because it has some really good heat but it still

They offer parking in the back area, you can buy seafood and they offer free cooking, but the sauce is limited. We bought the colossal stonecrab claws, $40 for 1lb only have 2 claws, and the meat is very little.
