Great new spot in Dunedin to dine outdoors! A friend & I both enjoyed tasty sandwiches (I loved my cheese steak sandwich so much forgot to take a pic before it was gone). 4 stars for atmosphere only because it's outdoors w minimal shade, but nice tables & background music. The friendly owner chatted with us about his newest vegetarian sandwich option & we sampled the tasty hummus. My friend loved her veggie sandwich. We both agreed we were definitely visiting again!
