Hands down my favorite restaurant in Provincetown. I visited for the first time with my boyfriend for our anniversary and our server, Bruno, took exceptional care of us. I cannot say that I’ve received better service in Provincetown—or maybe anywhere else in the States! He was kind, humorous, and knowledgeable—his recommendations for cocktails (Ginger cosmo—YUM!) and my entre, a delicious seared tuna, were top notch. The atmosphere is quaint and upscale Cape Cod without putting on airs. One of the few restaurants on the Cape that are well worth visiting again and again!

We’ve been coming to Ptown for years and have had a lot of great meals—but Freeman’s completely blew us away. Everything we ordered was perfect. The fresh bread was warm and crusty, the egg soufflé was like eating a cloud, the lobster was buttery and rich, and the roast chicken somehow managed to be both crispy and juicy in all the right ways. Every dish was a standout. Christopher was our server and made the night even better—he was so kind, funny, and gave us the best recommendations. You could tell he really cared that we had a great experience, and we absolutely did. Also—don’t skip dessert. Seriously. Unreal. Freeman’s is officially our new favorite spot in town. We’ll be back next trip, no question.

All I have to say is just WOW. Freemans is an absolutely special experience, from the delicious food to the intimate space to the attentive service. This was my best meal in Ptown, hands down. Must haves on the menu include the halibut (like this is a must have, must have, words cannot describe how delectable this dish is), the truffle egg custard, the buttermilk salad, and the chocolate mouse dessert. Plus, Marcelo is fabulous and treated us so well.

This is an amazing restaurant! All the food was absolutely delicious!!!! Christopher was the absolute best! He had great recommendations for apps and drinks! I highly recommend going here! It’s absolutely worth it.
