Admiral's Landing

We stayed in the Waves Penthouse. It was a very nice room. Clean. Loved the jetted tub and the heated towel rack. The radiant floor in the bathroom was awesome. David was wonderful to deal with. Very accommodating. Breakfast was brought up to the room in a basket and was left on a really cute compass table.

Our hosts—especially David Yates—made our stay truly enjoyable. The inn is immaculate, and each morning a personalized breakfast selection is delivered right to your door. While our ‘Forward’ room wasn’t large, it was thoughtfully designed and had everything we needed for a week-long stay. Admiral’s Landing is ideally located: close to shops, restaurants, and coffee, all within easy walking distance. If you’re attending a program at the Fine Arts Work Center, it’s just around the block—an excellent place to stay in the heart of Provincetown.

This property makes for a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. It’s conveniently located within walking distance of the attractions, dining, bars and shops. David made our experience even better by providing a helpful overview of Provincetown, complete with recommendations and a map, and made us feel genuinely welcomed at check-in. Don’t miss the daily baked good, they’re absolutely delicious! Looking forward to the next stay here!

My wife and I love this place! The rooms are beautiful and its within walking distance of everything. Breakfast was delivered to our room each morning with an amazing homemade pastry. David and John are very attentive and make you feel like family!
