When choosing a place to stay whilst visiting the most amazing city in MA: Provincetown, which sits directly at the tip of Cape Cod. there can be a lot of different options, scams, ropes to jump through. One has many options including The Provincetown Inn, Boatslip, Cape Colony Inn, etc. Whatever their hearts desired (or whatever is left based on availability). BUT... I think the best experience comes from staying in the smaller privately owned little guest houses or hostels. I tend to lean more into these options because you really learn a lot about the people who own it and it just gives off very comfortable/cozy vibes. Howard’s End Guest House was the perfect stay. The rooms are comfortable and charming, with thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. The location is ideal, just a short walk to everything we wanted to see, yet quiet enough to truly relax. Our hosts were welcoming and attentive, adding a personal touch that made the experience unforgettable. A wonderful stay — five stars all around.

Karen and I - Miss Schlegel and Miss Schlegel - had the great fortune to stay at Howards End Guest House built in 1840 for Whaling Captain, Ezra Cook. Each morning we had our 'Continental Breakfast' in the garden ... Yogurt with fresh blueberries, toasted sesame bagel and cream cheese or blueberry muffin, orange juice and coffee or tea ... the perfect breakfast for two adventurous women. ||Howards End Guest House is steps away from Commercial St where the crowds are found ... but even being that close, Winslow street is sooo very quiet and peaceful. It's nice to hear the chimes from the nearby church. Three nights of free parking and tickets to the Fanicular and Pilgrim Monument were greatly appreciated !! Yi & Greg are wonderful hosts. The house is just lovely and the location is phenomenal! They offer breakfast and coffee and my room and private bathroom were spotless. The rates were very good and I could not be happier about my stay there.

Yi and Greg proved to be exemplary hosts for my husband Tony and me during our six-night stay in Room 2-1 (Porter Room) at Howards End, situated in the heart of Ptown. The location offered a serene retreat from the bustling energy of Commercial Street during Carnival Week, while remaining conveniently close. The accommodations were clean and as described, offered at a competitive nightly rate. The house, built in 1840, was itself charming, and given that this is Yi and Greg’s personal residence, their house rules were exceptionally reasonable. We greatly appreciated the light Continental breakfast and the included parking spot. We highly recommend Howards End to others and have already made plans to return next year.
