John Randall House B&B and Condos

I spent three nights at the John Randall House in early October, staying in Room #8 of the main house. Don, the owner, texted me while I was on my way and made check-in simple. When I got there, he greeted me and handed me an envelope with the keys, a short letter, and a map of the place. Parking’s right by the entrance, which makes a big difference in Provincetown.||The room itself felt open and calm, hardwood floors, high ceilings, a couple of big windows that let in a lot of light. There was good storage, a small fridge, and a new split AC/heat system that kept things comfortable. The space had a homey feeling, not the polished sameness you get in hotels. The bed was comfortable, and something about the atmosphere reminded me of my childhood home, quiet, familiar, lived-in in a good way

A great home base while exploring Ptown. Location can’t be beat. A true “inn” with the feel of old school ptown. Our room (#8) has an ocean view! Free parking wa sa huge plus for us. Would recommend and stay again.

We are so fortunate to have been able to stay at John Randall house. We were scheduled to leave town from our original accommodations but decided to add 4 more days and found this beautiful cottage to fit the bill. | A spacious bedroom, lovely bath and kitchen off the comfy living room and dining area. We had all the essentials of home. Washer and dryer were a bonus along with parking area on property in the heart of town. | Don our host was as pleasant as could be and greeted us upon arrival. Our cottage had a front patio with a gate so our dog was free to sit with us outdoors. | We definitely will return and for being a few moments walk to Commercial street it was a great value. Staying at John Randall House was like having friends visit in our home. The atmosphere is cozy relaxed and rooms are just what you want in a B&B. We enjoyed the community room and breakfast room morning, afternoon and after the shows. New friends old friends and a wonderful host made for a memorable Women's Week. Already booked with Don for next year!

Always a great stay at the John Randell House. Location is awesome a quick walk into town. The host always keeps place tip top. Check in a breeze Don emails you with all the info you need promptly.my room is always quiet and very clean.
