Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

10/30/25. Back again for another round. The last sandwich was 3 meals for me! I opted for the 2 meal 4 me bacon cheeseburger.. Oops. Spoke to soon. Tell the lady that they took good care of my order last week and I'm looking forward to it again. Did not happen. Ordered my bacon crumbly and crispy. They gave my order to somebody else. And that's when I knew everything was going to go downhill. When she told to cook to make another one that said you tell him that it has to be extra crispy on the bacon and no pickle no onion and slice it in half for me because of my disability. Second sandwich came out greasy wimpy bacon. And I said you didn't tell him on the last one. So she told him this one he pulled it off and I can see it wasn't crispy and he just put it back in the container anyway. Fir

Just had desserts no food. Service was polite. Service was a little slow despite it not being busy but wasn’t horrible. Shake and “concrete” were good. Their chocolate shakes are made with chocolate ice cream vs vanilla with chocolate syrup. Not negative just an observation.

I enjoyed this visit much more than the last time. This time i actually got a Steakburger... better choice!! But i was disappointed that on the Grilled Cheese Steakburger the cheese was NOT against the bread, so it was actually only a Steakburger on Texas toast! But overall my granddaughter and i enjoyed it.

Why do I go to Freddie's?? For the burger and fries 🍟. Today 12/21/25 my orders were taken, I paid, sat down, waited and then waited some more. Then I was told they were out of fries! Ok, give me cheese curds and tots. Sorry, out of curds too!! Burger was great, tots not so much (greasy). Ho hum...disappointed.

Small fry & large fry same size 😒 $33 for a 3 piece, 5piece chicken tender with the cheese fries & the cheese curds...no thanks. Culvers has better cheese curds.
