Foster’s Kitchen is definitely the place to be! We happened to be staying with-in walking distance of the restaurant so we figured we’d give it a try. From the moment we walked in, Olivia greeted us with a warm smile and the best customer service! We fell in love, so much so that we returned daily for four days straight! We didn’t try a single bad thing…. The crab cakes were to die for. Seared to perfection with a great crust. The fried chicken had a wonderful batter and was paired with some amazing mashed potatoes! My favorite was the Cajun pasta. Absolute best I’ve had! Thank you, again, Olivia! You made our experience here worth returning.

I’ve been coming here for years and this dish has always been one of my favorites. A month ago it was beautifully plated, generously portioned, and consistently delicious. Unfortunately, when I ordered the same dish again today, I noticed a significant difference. The portion size was noticeably smaller, the pieces were thinner, and the presentation felt rushed compared to what I’m used to. The sauce also seemed heavier and more oily rather than evenly balanced like before. I completely understand that restaurants deal with rising costs and staffing changes, but consistency is what keeps loyal customers coming back. When you’ve enjoyed a dish the same way for years, a sudden change is noticeable. I’m leaving this review because I genuinely enjoy this restaurant and hope this was just an of

We had a fantastic experience at Foster’s Kitchen! The restaurant has a warm, family-friendly atmosphere with plenty of seating options, including a bar and a relaxing patio with a nice pond view. The menu is refreshing and offers something for everyone, and for Waikoloa, the prices are a really good value. A special thank-you to Tanner, our server, who was absolutely wonderful, attentive, friendly, and made the whole meal feel even more enjoyable. Service like his makes all the difference. Highly recommend dining here if you're in the Waikoloa area! Thank you, Kevin and Diana

Great food & service for the entire family. Despite being in a resort area, we felt at home with the service provided by Pauly & the team. I throughly enjoyed the fried pork chop dinner (not what I was going to get but thanks Pauly!) with extra gravy (when you're on vacation, get some gravy to dip the vegetables.) Best restaurant gravy I have had!

We were in the mood for something casual and walked over for dinner on a Wednesday night (we were staying at the Marriott across the street). They had a large patio but it was still a little warm so we opted to sit inside at the bar. They had a good cocktail menu with a wide variety of options and their food menu offered a good mixture of dishes. The bartender was very friendly and made a great Mai Tai! My wife ordered the small Garden Salad and I got the Candied Bacon Chicken Sandwich. The sandwich had good flavor and my wife mentioned she enjoyed her salad. It was a quick dinner but we enjoyed our time there.
