Fork & Salad Lahaina

So excited they open one on the West side!!! So delicious and fresh! My fav are the Thai salad, the papaya dream and the watermelon and feta salad! They always have the freshest food! It’s easy to find, the have a big parking right next to it! Great easy and yummy!!!

When my family and I visited Maui last week, this was our go-to place for healthy and yummy meals! We literally went to pick up one meal daily for 4 days in a row, and were very happy with both the quantity and quality of the food. Our toddler enjoyed the kids/keiki items and SO/I both liked the various salads/sandwiches. Also highly recommend the coconut butternut squash soup as it's very unique and I loved the taste. The prices were also very reasonable, especially compared to everything else in Hawaii, and turnaround time for pickup was quick too. Thank you for opening last month just in time for our visit!

So delicious. I wasn't expecting much but the food was super flavorful, huge portions, excellent. I had the steak sandwich. Love that this is a local, Maui only, chain. Great choice for a fast, inexpensive and healthy lunch or dinner.

This place is a hidden Gem. The salads are amazingly fresh and large. The combination of greens is amazing. They throw in special touches like curry tinged yellow raisins, almond slices, ect. It is also very reasonably priced! We ended up going here for at least one meal a day during our time in Maui.
