Even though the place was packed being inside of Pigeon Forge, they were able to seat us quickly. The atmosphere definitely has the smokey mountain vibe attached to it. Good spot to grab a good bite to eat. Place is definitely suitable for all ages. Ordered the meat lovers omelet, walker skillet breakfast and the candied bacon twists. Food came out promptly and it was pretty tasty. I definitely recommend this place for the typical southern charm people look for around this area!

I wanted to like this place, I really did. I was so looking forward to a stack of hot, fresh pancakes. Unfortunately, my pancakes tasted more like what you get from a continental breakfast at a budget hotel: lukewarm and tough. I didn't even take a picture of my pancakes; they were too sad. My son enjoyed his Reese's Peanut Butter pancakes, but I was very disappointed. On a positive note, the restaurant is spacious and the staff are very friendly.

This place was packed around 9:30 a.m (when we arrived) and told us it was a 30 minute wait which we were fine with and ended up getting sat 15 mins so definitely no need to worry about the waiting time. Food was to die for. I got the Spanish skillet with a side of nutella and banana pancakes and a strawberry dragon fruit punch which isn’t too sweet (perfect in my opinion) and our server Stephanie was a doll, sweet and was polite. This place is definitely worth it

Came in for lunch with me and the family. The cabin feel reminds me a lot of “Little Bear Diner” in Lakewood, Washington. Except this is in the Great Smokey Mountains aka my home, I grew up on the other side of the mountains in NC. The pancakes are definitely delicious and fluffy with a hint of vanilla. The coffee warms your insides and your soul. However, the Fritters! Now these are absolutely dangerously good!!!! You could turn these into a meal for one is how good they are! The Crepes were cooked to perfection and the staff is extremely friendly. Especially taking time to talk with the kiddos. Find yourself in the mood for breakfast food? If you don’t hit up Flapjack’s then you’re missing out!

Service was fine - I was seated swiftly by a friendly host about half an hour before close. Waitress was nice, coffee was old/burned but hot, and food came fairly quickly. Unfortunately that’s where it began to decline. The sausage gravy was awful, by far the worst I’ve ever had - thin, more like warm milk or cream than anything resembling a respectable gravy. It was generally flavorless, and with hardly any sausage. The biscuit the gravy underneath was dry and too salty. The “upgraded” banana nut pancakes were supposed to be cinnamon pancakes but were clearly just the standard buttermilk, just with sliced banana and a sprinkle of normal (not candied) pecans on top, not inside the pancakes. Last, the syrup on the table was not warm, and was just standard corn syrup-based. The pancakes we
