Five Guys

Regrettably, a one-star rating is the minimum allowed! The experience was deeply disappointing—burnt, nearly transparent patties and a mere 15 fries (yes, I counted), which amounted to less than half of potato, sold for more than a standard 5lb bag. Hardly justifies the price point... I would appreciate it if you refrained from sending a standard, scripted apology. A generic response won’t undo the subpar experience I had at your establishment.

First time visiting. Awesome service and the food is awesome. Love the bacon cheeseburger and the fries were awesome also. Restaurant was nice and clean. Definitely a place I will return to.

Great food and service. Always smiling employees. Love the extra fries they give you. One of our favorite places. Never going to inconsistent fast food burgers again now that we can can get the burgers and fries cooked hot and fresh for us every time.

I went there last Saturday and this short manager with piercings she took my order the receipt said the name was Felicia. I don’t know if she was a cashier because she went to put toppings on the bun after, she kept giving me dirty looks and sounded very annoyed like I was a bother when I got my food it was smothered in ketchup.

Can you give Five Guys less than five stars? Burgers are fresh and always taste good. Worth premium price IMHO. Have never seen them make an order mistake. Free refills. One complaint: the plastic shield that protects the register operator is difficult to talk through. Have to really raise your voice. Hopefully covid is gone soon.
