The food here is absolutely delicious! I got the sample kit to share with my family, which included 5 beef empanadas, 5 pork empanadas, 5 chicken tinga tacos, and 5 churros for only $40. Everything is made fresh to order. The texture of the empanada dough was perfectly crisp and the meat inside was so flavorful. You might have trouble finding the place since there's no sign out front and it's not a traditional restaurant. They share the space with The Zeppole Guys. The storefront is really just a screen door on the left side of the building, next to the tenant parking spaces/driveway. It's a small operation, so you have to place your order online. We tried the beef empanadas and our family loved them. The beef was flavorful and plentiful. Adding a touch of fresh salsa and spoon of sour cream at home, made for a delicious snack. Note take out only. Entrance is at side of building. The owner/chef is super friendly.

I ordered 2 empanadas one beef and one chicken, also I ordered the chicken teriyaki. I love empanadas and strive to find the best. The chicken teriyaki meal is moist and delicious 9/10 only because it’s dark meat and not white meat but she made me a believer. When I opened the box of empanadas it was three so first off thankyou so much. 10/10 authentic empanadas. First empanadas in South River that has seasoned meat in the empanadas. Thankyou I said if it’s good I’ll be back , so this is definitely my go to.

Ordered from this place. It is a shared kitchen with another business. I ordered the beef empanadas. The stuffing was good and seasoned. The side sauce was excellent and favorfull. I tried the churros. Initially I was going to skip them but the owner recommended it. It was fresh and hot and crispy. Probably one of the best churros I have tried. I only have tried it like 3 times. The owner is the sweetest person.

Great beef empanadas. The filling had really good flavor, and the pastry was excellent. Owner was very friendly, and I will definitely be getting takeout again to try their other offerings.
