Baan Ta Thai Cuisine

We stopped by this Thai restaurant in South River, NJ, and everything was amazing! We had Thai Tea, Chicken Satay, Chicken Panang Curry, and Crispy Pork Ka Pao Tad. The Thai Tea was the best we’ve ever had — my husband said it’s 10x better than others! My Ka Pao Tad was so good perfectly extra spicy 🌶️(i asked for extra spicy) and the Panang Curry had just the right mild spice for him. The owner was so friendly and made us feel so welcome. Highly recommend for authentic Thai food! 🇹🇭❤️

Had a very good meal at this quaint Thai place. Very excellent service. Surprised that it wasn’t busier as the food was amazing. We had the papaya salad and chicken satay to start. Had the drunken fried rice with beef. Had the crispy pork too. It was soo good. The fried ice cream was also very good. Can’t wait to go back.

It was my first time at Baan Ta Thai Cuisine. I ordered Chicken Drunken Noodles and Chicken Pad See Ew. Both meals were very delicious!! I will definitely return for more delicious Thai food.

This is my go-to thai restaurant. I’ve tried other Thai restaurants but this place stuck with me. Not only is the food delicious but it’s also affordable! The atmosphere is very pleasant and the decor is cute for a nice lunch date or with friends! The owner and the staff are all very sweet and kind and I’ve only ever had good experiences each time I went. I highly recommend this place! (I also ate one of the chicken satay skewers before taking a photo oops, it usually comes with 3 skewers, to clarify)

this place was great! we came for the wonderful weekday lunch special - came with a fresh peanut dressing salad, thai tea, and entree! we went with the pad kee mao and red curry. very flavorful and fresh with nice amount of veggies vs chicken ratio. chicken was nice and moist. overall wonderful experience! the owner is friendly and the interior is great for a date night
