Dunkin'

everytime i go in specifically in the morning it takes 10-15 minutes for a sandwich and a drink. theres literally no good reason either, this place needs better morning shift workers... if i dont use the app its guranteed to take an unnecessary amount of time which is why i dont even bother coming. i see the workers taking their time in the back when theres a line out the door. and let’s be real a lot of people apply at this location, so why is this still happening? do better!

I was really disappointed with my recent visit to this Dunkin’ location. The service was unprofessional, and the food didn’t meet expectations. I ordered a bacon on a plain bagel and received only four tiny pieces of bacon. The staff member who helped me, a young teenager, was also quite rude and lacked basic customer service manners. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves both the food quality and staff training.

I ordered a Blueberry Refresher drink and it was really good. I also ordered an avocado toast and it was cold, barely toasted on one side. I did not enjoy it at all. I was with a client who ordered a latte. They didn't have exactly what she wanted, but she sort of got what she wanted. She also ordered an avocado toast. It was her first time trying one. She seemed to enjoy it.

This place is so dirty. I live in South River and I refuse to buy donuts and munchkins from this location because they are always covered with flies. They flies are even in the walls. Been reporting this for so long and they refuse to do something about this issue. It is so unsanitary!

15 minutes to eat your food or drink your coffee in their dinning area. locked bathrooms that require a key that you have ask for. Its definitely just this location and its ridiculous 🙄
