Dunkin'

I went in and got 2 iced brown sugar espressos. 1 large and 1 small. I watch them make the coffee and then top it off with extra ice because they didn’t give me enough coffee. We payed in cash and they also shorted us on change. We finished our coffees and left them in the car. The ice melted. Take a look at how much ice they’re putting in the drinks vs how much coffee. Other dunks do not do this. Scamming people is not the way to run a business.

MANAGEMENT WILL NOT LISTEN TO ANY REVIEW. THEY CARELESS ABOUT FEEDBACKS! Before visiting any restaurants and service providers, I normally check their review, but who should be checking review for a Dunkin? Now, I know better, I will keep checking reviews before I go into any of these places. If I have gone through previous reviews on this Dunkin, I wouldn't be here, but it's good I got here to witness their poor customer service and add my genuine review to their service. I usually do my reviews based on my personal experience and without any hate or biased mind. This Dunkin is one of the most unpleasant places to visit with terrific staff who are rude, arrogance and lack manners. There were two people with special needs who have intellectual disabilities and are trying to buy coffee.

Hair on my bagel and disgusting green thing on the cream cheese. After long time trying to explain I want a cream cheese bagel I found a hair in the bagel and a disgusting green thing on it. It looks like they don’t clean the utensils before to start a new order. Coffee so bad taste too. I just throw all the complete order except the donut.

Every time I go in there the employees are just standing there looking dumb when I’m waiting to take my order. I was the 1st one in line but they spent their time making drinks for the people behind me since they were regulars. So even if you’re the first person in line out of 5 people you’re going to get your drink last for some reason. And then they still make the drink wrong even though they move painfully slow.

We went there and the old man with terrible accent at the counter was rude, unwelcoming and could barely understand what we ordered. Also we ordered coffee with caramel and they gave us with no caramel - very unprofessional
