Dunkin'

This is hands down my FAVORITE Dunkin. Shout out to Kass who is always friendly!! All the employees are so friendly and know my drink and always make me feel special when i come. They always make my iced coffee perfect!! They have a great team there. Keep up the great work! I feel like these days people forget good customer service but not at this location. They are top notch!!

I went in this morning to get my coffee and some breakfast. I don’t know the name of the person who made my coffee, but I knew right off it wasn’t correct. I go into this location every week and am always greeted with the utmost respect and I have always been very happy here. When I mentioned it didn’t look right (I should have taken pictures) she got very defensive. I asked her to please make it again because it looked like they put cream (which I cannot drink) instead of milk. She made another, slammed it down on the counter and never said a word to me. It was clearly a different color than the original. However, there was no sugar in the coffee. I wouldn’t be surprised if it was intentionally left off. I understand mistakes happen, but own up to it and offer to make it again.

The wife and I recently made the switch from the other coffee chain and I am so glad we did. I like my coffee black with some creme, but do like to occasionally try the seasonal drinks. This is my 3rd visit and time and time again my drinks come out TASTING EXACTLY how I want them to come out. I appreciate the consistency. There is a particular barista, named April here that makes my drinks come out TASTING phenomenal. She knows her stuff. The wife and I came today to try the Pumpkin Spice Latte and it did NOT disappoint. Great job DD for awesome customer service, great drinks and an overall great experience.

oh god dude if i could rate any lower i would because iv been a barista for 3 years and iv never seen customer service like this in my life what the heck. i came in afternoon time when the dunking had very little people and wasn’t busy at all and was getting coffees with a friend for our coworkers team. no more then four coffees. immediately the lady taking the order was so rude and sassy, took minutes to put in each drink and was so fed up with us for ordering as if it wasn’t her job and were paying for it 😭. i mean this girl literally said “yeah sure” when we said it was the last one. me and my friend tried to laugh along and apologize the whole order for ordering some damn drinks and bagel bites. it was so insane how rude she was taking the order. i proceeded to not tip at the window be

I ordered 3 bagels, a coffee and 2 orange juices. Received my food, they had given me a croissant instead of a sandwich bagel, and forgot my 3rd bagel. Went back they gave me the 3rd bagel cold without cream cheese in a bag and forgot my coffee. The place is not even busy, but maybe just disorganized. The people working there are all over the place. The place is nice and looks decently good but the service is suspect. Check your bags and make sure you have a receipt. As I was leaving I heard them say she changed it afterwards. How do you change what you've already paid for? I'm skipping this place.
