Dunkin'

I come to this location often, first time reviewing. Past two orders have been incorrect. Missing items that I paid for or just including stuff I didn’t ask for. I don’t have time to ask for them to fix it since I have work but almost everytime I go something is wrong.

Sometimes the coffee is good and sometimes it tastes old. Today the coffee is awful. I’m not driving back to complain. It’s just disappointing.

The glazed donuts were not glazed properly. The coffe was warm but not hot. The staff was very nice and understanding. The store was clean as well. This Dunkin is merged with Speedway

I placed an online order, arrived 10 mins after order was placed and wasn’t even ready which I had no problem. After waiting another 5 mins got my breakfast and turns out ended up being both sandwiches with just bread bacon and cheese enstead of sausage egg and cheese. Very disappointing.

Worst hot chocolate in my 50 some years of living, looked like soap bubbles in the hot chocolate. Poured it out and look what was at the bottom. This looks sickening not sure what they used or did to it as it should have been just a simple hot chocolate
