Dunkin'

I’m extremely disappointed with this Dunkin’ Donuts location. I placed a mobile order for drive-thru pickup, and didn’t realize until I got to work that my food was burnt beyond edible. The top of my avocado toast looked fine, but the entire bottom was completely black and burnt. Now I’m stuck at work with no breakfast and have to wait until my lunch break to eat, which defeats the purpose of ordering breakfast in the first place. Unfortunately, this isn’t a one-time issue. Every time I go to this location, my food is made incorrectly. On a previous visit, I was given bacon that was burnt and clearly not edible. I had already gotten on the highway when I noticed and had to turn back. After waiting about 10 minutes, the replacement sandwich I was given had burnt bacon again. On top of that,

This Dunkin was gorgeous clean and spacious. Literally a stellar location. Lots of parking space and lots of seating indoors as well and functioning ac. However, the service was not nice. The staff each time I visited grunted and clearly did not want to be there. Were on the phone or playing music so loud that you couldn't hear them. I get enjoying yourself when there isn't anything to do but when the guests walk in you gotta be professional still. The food otherwise was great.

Ive been to many dunkins. This one here though has been the cleanest one yet. I lile how when you ask for a pup cup they include a donut hole. My puppy loved that. Service was quick and great.

I stop at this location because its on my way to work. Most times bagels are never toasted, more like warmed in a microwave, but I get past it because 9/10 times the coffee is good... but today I am 99% sure there was soap or some sort of cleaning chemical in my iced coffee. Maybe from the ice machine ? Or where they store the ice ? I immediately threw it out at work.

First off I wanna say I love dunkin,but today at this dunkin I got a small ice water,they charged $0.54,and it tasted strongly like mold 🤢 I haven't been to this one for awhile because the prices went up and quality went down tbh.
