Dowize Bistro

I absolutely love their food! The owner and staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. The decor is beautiful and creates such a nice atmosphere. My kids can’t get enough of the moo ping with sticky rice, pad Thai, and pad see ew. And their Thai iced tea and iced coffee are my personal favorites!

I had lunch here with my wife and Mom today. I was surprised with how delicious the food was and it's priced really reasonable. We had the soft shell crab as an appetizer and it was tasty, crunchy, and delicious 😋 . We also had the lunch specials bento box. Beef Pad Thai, spicy Kung pao chicken, and Chicken Thai Basil. All cooked very well. Kudos to the chef! Even the free Miso soup had that yummy umami flavor. We were seated quickly and our server was prompt. We'll be coming back here when I'm at Wilmette.

I had the spicy Thai basil and the chicken pad Thai. I thought that the spicy Thai basil needed to be spicier. It was definitely on the medium spice level. The pad Thai was a little too sweet. But overall, the food was okay. Our waitress was very nice. The food came out quickly.

We have been coming here for the past couple of years, the food is normally very good. But during the most recent visit my Nard Nar was tasteless. The vegetables were under cooked, the noodles were swimming in blend liquid, the noodles and chicken had no taste. Wonder if their regular chef was off for the day and they had a guy that doesn’t know about Thai cooking? Hope our next visit will be much better. The waitress was as nice and friendly as usual.

Had Grubhub order delivered by Dowize. It was late and the food was horrible. Vegetable fried rice was flavorless and I could not eat the noodle dish - it smelled horrible
