Egg Harbor Cafe

I love this restaurant chain. This new location is very good. As always, it good was very good and it waitress was excellent. Only thing I don't understand is why we had to wait for so long when they had many tables free. Management should take a look at that. Anyhow, I recommend joining the wait list online before getting here

Got a chance to try Egg Harbor’s soft opening in Wilmette. Conveniently located across from Wilmette’s Metra station. In addition to free street parking, there’s free parking in the building’s garage. I’ve been to most of their locations over the years. The food is consistently good. Unlimited brewed coffee with a to go cup! They give out the after meal mints. While prices have gone up over the years, I’m glad their quality has not gone down. Service was phenomenal. Excited for the new addition to Wilmette!

Convenient location across from Wilmette Metra station, on Green Bay Road bus route.Greeted and seated quickly and courteously by server Tierra. Enjoyed scrambled eggs, hash browns with scallions and sourdough toast. Ordered takeout from children's menu. Came back today to use my birthday voucher. Ordered chicken and black bean chili with side salad. Just thr right portions for a delicious light lunch. Surprised to receive a birthday stack of pancakes with a candle and whipped cream! Very welcoming atmosphere and very attentive service. Signed up for loyalty program, got immediate discount for second order. Also birthday voucher. Will be back!

Very nice ambience, clean, friendly staff. The pumpkin pancakes are particularly tasty. Happy to return.

It was hoppin' we had a large party of 7 and they squeezed us into a booth built for 4. I think there might have been other seating options for us, but we made it work. It was the Friday morning after Thanksgiving and the place was slammed...Overall, average experience, the food was good and filling. I'd recommend this place if you're hungry. Street parking can be a challenge if you show up during primetime breakfast hours. Good food served quickly.
