One of the female front desk employees is extremely condescending and makes me feel unwelcome whenever I need to ask a question. It makes me not enjoy my experience here at all, which is disappointing because the actual library is wonderful. I've had positive experiences with the greeters though (but they've never been able to answer my questions and just redirect me to the front desk).
