Domino's Pizza

We are regulars at this Domino’s and never had a bad experience. We order take out and delivery for parties. I love when they have the $11 for any medium specialty or up to 7 toppings special. Such a good deal for some great pizza. The pizza is always hot, fresh, crunchy (we like thin and crispy), and so much goodness on the top. We always like to order extra robust sauce so our pizza is more juicy. Whenever I pick up take out, the staff is always friendly and organized madness in the back slamming out some pizzas. Then for deliveries, we always had friendly and helpful drivers. We will definitely be back for more

We ordered Domino’s online on New Year’s Eve. The estimated completion time was around 9:04 PM, and in the delivery instructions we stated “leave at the door.” When we went outside around 10:00 PM because the order still hadn’t been received, we found two pizza boxes sitting directly on the ground outside our door. No one knocked. No one rang the doorbell. When we opened the boxes, there was a cockroach inside, making the food completely inedible. We immediately contacted the store to resolve the issue. We spoke with an employee named Tyre, who was extremely unprofessional. Instead of apologizing or attempting to resolve the situation, he was argumentative, dismissive, and repeatedly interrupted us. Always reliable and food comes out on time. However today when I went to pick up my food the manager “Austin” was yelling at the team members. He was barking orders left and right yelling and treating them like less then human. There’s no reason someone should be harassed by their superior the way he was conducting himself. I was waiting in line for pick up with a mobile order, there was a group still making up their mind on what to order in front of me. However, when the team member went to help me the manager barked at the team member for not taking the groups order before checking on me. However what he didn’t see was that they already checked on the group and they were still deciding, they were acting as a respectful efficient employee, however he was disrespectful, aggressive in tone,

Consistent quality and great service. Had a wrong pizza delivered once out of the many times we have ordered here and they handled it very well over the phone and delivered the correct one promptly

*Let me just say that The tall African American guy with dreds that I see working on them pizzas Everytime I go in, He is always smiling & always acknowledges everyone that goes in even if someone else is giving me my order. His whole vibe is just a Joy to see. Next time I will catch his name. **Also I wanted to write a separate review bcuz it was yesterday on a Thursday night… DELIVERY DRIVER BOB WAS SO NICE & He had the perfect amount of Conversation, not too much & not a lil,,, He handed my husband his pizza and wings with care and my husband said that Bob had a big smile on his face and he wished us happy holidays & said thank u for ordering with the company. It is so nice to see when people really like their jobs. LOTS OF LOVE BOB!!! HAPPY HOLIDAYS TO THE ENTIRE TEAM!
