Customer service has been extremely disappointing. I have spent hundreds of dollars supporting your company through multiple fundraisers over time and have never had an issue until now. I recently received a bad batch of oatmeal raisin cookies. I took the time to contact customer service, clearly explained the issue, and even provided photos as requested. After initially responding, the representative stopped replying altogether. Being completely ignored after making the effort to document and explain a legitimate problem is unacceptable. I would not have wasted my time reaching out over a single box of cookies if there wasn’t a real issue. Went for the first time this evening greeted by Asia and Amy . We ordered a cookie and hot chocolate and very mich enjoyed what we both got. It definitely was worth going there and then driving around looking at all the christmas lights in town.

If you come late at night, around 10 to 12 am, you will have to wait until 6 am to get loaded. Don't expect there to be parking on the street when you get here at that time. The backing situation would be a nightmare for a beginner. I had door 2 and it was medium difficulty because I didn't want to drive onto the curb in front of the spot. Still got it in blindside, but doors 7 and 8 look way harder. The route: I took 23 all the way until I got to little falls road, then took a right on old bridge road. I didn't have to go under any sketchy bridges that way. I won't be coming back because it's not worth the hassle, but it's not the worst I've seen. The workers are very nice.
