Standouts include the chicken parm dinner with spaghetti marinara, homemade chicken parm, house-made mozzarella, 36-month aged parmesan, and basil. The Angry Stracci is bold and comforting, and the gastronomy-inspired clams are beautifully executed. A true hidden gem in Cedar Grove for elevated Italian done right—perfect for date night, family dinners, or an easy BYOB night that still feels special.

This place is honestly a gem. All the appetizers were amazing, except for the calamari. They weren’t fried enough, not really crispy, and I’ve definitely had better. Or maybe I’m just biased because I’ve had the best fried calamari at a place called Krios. Overall, the appetizers were a hit, but the main dishes didn’t impress me as much. They kind of lacked flavor, and the tomato sauce taste took over everything else. The sauce itself was good, definitely homemade but it overpowered the rest of the ingredients. Still, I’d totally go back for the appetizers!

What a gem!! The moment you walk in, the space grabs you. Sleek, modern floors with that glass like shine and a cozy, intimate layout that feels perfect for a date night. It has that NYC energy, just tucked right into Cedar Grove. The chef’s talent really shows. We started with the burrata and fried calamari, both fresh and beautifully done. For my entrée, I had the special of the night: the osso bucco. Truly outstanding. The meat slid right off the bone, and the tiny spoon for the marrow? Loved that detail!! The spaghetti and meatballs held their own too. So comforting, rich and absolutely top tier Italian. The bolognese was just as impressive. Finally some authentic Italian food in our area, had a great time! Service was great and the food was absolutely amazing! Will def be back to try the rest of the menu!

Da Tino is a hidden gem. Cozy, intimate dining with an authentic Italian feel that immediately makes you feel at home. You can truly taste the difference with their fresh, imported ingredients—everything was beautifully prepared and full of flavor. If you know good food, you will immediately know you’ve come to the right place. Highly recommended, and I will absolutely be back.
