Dairy Queen (Treat)

The worst DQ experience we’ve ever had. 3 visits, 2 times the machine was broken. On the 3rd visit, the staff member made a Blizzard which fell from the cup and then told us we needed to add more fillings otherwise it would happen again and the cup would break. The two Blizzards we walked away with had almost no chocolate, sauce or anything else in them. It was basically just ice cream. Terrible. Would not go back. Whoever owns this business needs to learn how to run one.

Closes at 8pm not 9:15. Arrived at 7:55 and employed refused to sever us.

This location closes at 8 pm, not 9:15 pm as Google states. We drove 15 miles to get there and arrived at 8:03 pm. The DQ is inside the food court and was just closing. The employee refused to even sell us ice cream despite us telling him that Google said they should still be open for another hour and fifteen minutes. Another group arrived right after us also trying to get dessert. The employee mentioned that Google never changed the incorrect hours after COVID four years ago. Maybe the manager or owner should fix the incorrect hours on Google. It takes about 10 seconds and would save people a lot of fruitless driving.

The service is friendly. I felt like they were doing their best. The prices are typical for this area. We had a small blizzard and a small smoothie for $18.75

We walked over from the nearby Marriott just to have dairy queen. When we arrived, the place was closed and their was a sign on the counter that said "be back at 4:00". It was 4:17. There were also a few other people waiting. We waited a little while longer and finally someone showed up around 4:30, no apologies or anything. Ice cream was decent, could use a few more toppings inside the blizzard though
