Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

I have had a few not-so-great experiences here, but for the most part it usually doesn't disappoint. I ordered a chicken strip basket recently and it was lukewarm and the fries seemed like they had been sitting for a long time (room temperature and stale), however I got two large Blizzards and they were filled past the brim, which I really appreciated! I am unsure if one of the workers is a manager (he usually has a different colored shirt than other staff), but he's always so pleasant to see in the drive-thru and seems to go above and beyond. He even gave my dog a free pup cup one time - super sweet and made our day!

They upgraded my drink from medium to large for free today and have given me free ice cream with my meal a few times. The staff are quick and friendly. Love DQ and specifically this location.

We just went through the drive‑thru and were greeted by Moe, and I honestly can’t say enough wonderful things about him. His kindness, professionalism, and warm energy made our whole visit feel special. This restaurant has always had friendly staff, but Moe is truly on another level. He doesn’t just take orders he cares. He makes sure everything is correct, hot, fresh, and handled with so much pride. You can feel his heart in the way he treats people. Moe is the kind of employee who makes you smile before you even pull away from the window. He turns a simple drive‑thru stop into a genuinely uplifting moment. We appreciate you, Moe. Thank you for going above and beyond every single time. You’re a bright spot in our day and a huge reason we keep coming back.

The food was great!! Just how I remember from when I was little. But I need to point out I ordered on GrubHub at like 8pm on the 26th because I had just moved in to a new place and had nothing to eat. It was canceled a bit after 10pm. No problem. I ordered again for lunch and put extra chicken and toast on the order so it would last an extra meal. As it was it was still three meals and desert for a week but in the screenshots you'll see I didn't get what I ordered, what I PAID for. Theft. Not in my nostalgic memory of DQ 😭 Also did not need five gravies oops 😬 And yeah what you see is what I got. +2 chickens paid for, only +1 arrived. Extra toast paid for, didn't come. Great. Thanks. Now I'm sick and hungry and went to GrubHub thinking I'll order something and saw and remembered DQ stol

The service here was unlike anywhere Ive been. The cashier had a positive, friendly and inviting tone which Ive never seen in other food places. The food came quick and the crew member hand delivered my ice cream, which I found surprising. The food and service has been better than any restaurant I've been to. I would absolutely come back to this Dairy Queen when Im in the area.
