Black Bear Diner Woods Cross

It was my first time trying black bear diner not only was the food good and out quick while it was busy but our waiter Alfredo was great. He was welcoming and set our experience’s mood over the top. Cracking jokes and a positive person overall. Great to see a server that cares.

This location has been good to me. Others not. I was pleasantly surprised by the presentation of the food. It didn’t take a long time to prepare. The food was good. However, my mashed potatoes and the gravy were just barely warmer than room temperature. Still, they were edible and good. The other dishes were good as well.

I loved it! The portions are big and all of the food was delicious. I loved the orange juice was 100% natural!! Food was made in no time. The staff was friendly and the site was very clean. Take a moment to read their table mats, the owners share their values there and their menu was so cute, looking like a news paper. A stop not to be missed!!

Food was delicious! Could have used slightly more meat on the sandwiches but that's being picky. Had the Benedict, a Ruben, and pot roast melt, pictured here!

I went in to get breakfast this morning and Jessica was my lovely server. She was very quick and kind. She was on top of everything; very happy with the service so I will be sure to come back again soon and ask for her. The manager, Abraham, also made sure I was doing okay so overall great service all around. Thank you for a great experience!
