Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

The food was better than what I expected, but its crazy that it cost 20 bucks for a burger meal with a blizzard. Definitely not worth the money, but hey.... what is anymore. The staff was awesome though, and the lobby felt very nostalgic. Ultimately the rating for me is right in the middle because the food at DQ in general is just not very good for how much it costs. Again, the staff was awesome. Very polite and attentive and I didnt have to wait very long.

We have stopped at this DQ location for many years since the mid 70's traveling to the Petersburg VA area to visit family. We Stopped there today just wanted to give out a review The young lady at the cash register was very friendly and Helpful. We got the double cheese burger without cheese combo which comes with (Hamburger Fries and drink). Mom get large order of fries and medium-size Hot Fudge Sundae and water. The food was ready very fast and everything was Very Hot and Fresh. And very good. The restaurant was very clean. As well as the restroom. For a restaurant that has been in business this long and still going strong they must be doing things Right.

You go to get a treat for the family and it ends in a super sticky mess. Why in the world when I order in the DRIVE THRU do I not get a lid but just an overflowing cup that the minute it starts to melt it’s covered your car in a horrible mess.

Has a drive thru option. Although I went inside. The young lady who took my order was very patient with me, gave me suggestions, and answered my questions. She answered a question even after I had paid and got my order. She went to find out the answer and returned to tell me. That was very professional and that means a lot to me...the customer.

The workers were rude to me and my friends, when giving us our orders they threw the bags on the counter and said “here’s 3 pretzels yall can figure it out yourselfs” and then walked away. When asking for assistance on how the app worked in order to get our deals, they were rude and refused to help or even take our orders. When I ordered my ice cream I was told “we’ll get to it eventually” Overall this was a terrible experience and I hope they have an attitude adjustment.
