Culver’s

Orderd a sundae & concrete mixer. Had curbside pickup. Had to go in to store to pick up items (no big deal) as order was over pick-up time. Both items were completely melted. Asked them to remake it. Mixer was like soft serve, no spoon needed, could drink it with a straw (McDonalds has thicker shakes!) And again, sundae was melted. Should have just canceled order & asked for refund. Surprised staff didn't question & check machines. Went to Culver's across town, items were proper consistency. I recommend avoiding this location & driving the few extra miles.

I've been to a lot of Culver's several times. I love the restaurants. This one in Mason City, IA; however, is a sad outlier of disappointing service. My order is messed up consistently more than other Culver's, and the demeanor of the drive-thru crew is almost always somewhere between belligerent and suicidal. Avoid this location.

I went to get food for my family the burgers however we're only 1/8 of an inch if even that. Very very disappointed. I remember going back 8 years ago and I'm having good burgers. I no longer agree with this. It's pathetic coming from a family-owned business. I basically ate a veggie sandwich. My husband had the new burger and the cheese patty was not gooey like it says and was double the size of the patty.

Very pleasantly surprised for fast food. The fish platter had crispy flaky cod and the onion rings dipped in cheese sauce were divine.

Great Mushroom Swiss Burger. Quick service
